The PIETRADONICE was born from the experience gained in the years and from the desire to produce a great Cabernet Sauvignon in Montalcino. Planting Cabernet Sauvignon on the southern sites of Montalcino has been a challenge to discover how this grape variety could give outstanding results in our vineyards. The vintage 2000 has been the first one produced.
Fantastic aromas of crushed blackberry, raspberry and cherry follow through to a full-bodied palate, with a solid core of tannins and a long, long finish. Dense yet refined, with excellent richness and structure
